Food stations can be added to any event for an additional fee, for sensational cocktail parties, corporate events and casual light dining, food stations along with our stationary displays and selection of hot and cold hors d’ oeuvres accompanied by our signature Bruschetta selection makes for a unique dining experience.

Chowder and Fritter Station
Guests choice of clear Rhode Island Clam chowder, Creamy New England Clam Chowder or * Lobster Bisque served with Westminster oyster crackers and our signature New England clam and beer fritters served with tangy Lemon-lime cocktail sauce and our own Dill and chopped caper tarter sauce

Grazing Table
This Magnificent display incorporates a sampling from all of our stationary displays, chilled Hors’ D’oeuvres and a few surprises. With out a doubt this will be the center of your reception and conversation piece among your guest. Let our sales staff create the perfect display and provide you a unique pre-dining experience.

Italian Pasta Station
Allow your guests to create their own sensational pasta dish.

Choose from Italian sausage, baby shrimp,, grilled chicken or diced Proscuitto ham add fresh vegetables of sweet bell peppers and onions, eggplant, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, sautéed mushrooms, diced tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and roasted garlic.

Choose any two pastas: Tortellini, Penne, Farfelle, Orecchiette, Rigatoni or Cavtelli * Lobster, Veal, Spinach and Portobello Ravioli available
Choose any two sauces: Vodka Cream, Pesto Cream, Traditional Alfredo, Tomato Basil, Gorgonzola, Pomodoro and Bolognese

Oriental Station
Let our chefs dazzle your guest with their culinary skills creating individual oriental stir-fry masterpieces.
We start with peanut oil, fresh garlic, a mixture of oriental herbs and spices and an assortment of Asian sauces added to your selected fresh oriental vegetables of snow peas, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, fresh water chestnuts and baby corn, add in sliced chicken, shredded beef or baby shrimp. Complete this masterpiece with our signature house fried rice.

Mexican Fajita Station
It’s Fiesta Time, create sizzling hot Fajitas with any two items: Sliced Chicken, Sirloin Beef or Baby Shrimp add in sweet pepper and onions seared in authentic Mexican herbs and spices served on a flour Tortilla accompanied by diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, sour cream, house made guacamole and zesty salsa.

Carving Stations
Carving stations add a magnificent touch to your special event. Carving stations are elegantly decorated and staffed by a uniformed Professional chef, they include baskets of assorted warm fresh baked breads and rolls and are accompanied by your choice (choose three) of the following Horseradish -Chive mayonnaise, Fresh Horseradish Mustard, Deli style Mustard, Whole grain Mustard, Sweet Pepper Relish, Corn Relish, Vidalia Onion Chutney, Honey-Mustard sauce, Bourbon style cream, Cranberry-Orange mayonnaise or Piping Hot Beef Au Jus
